1 Oct – Workshop – “Ribbon Mosaic” an in-house workshop showing how to make attractive mosaics using ribbon.
22 Oct – This will be a mini “destash” session plus a “show & tell” of the recent Cluedo project done by some of the members of the group.
5 Nov – Lynne Friel Workshop, Leather Binding – lynnefriel.co.uk Participants will learn about folding signatures (paper pages) and will sew together the signatures and leather covering to make a leather bound journal.
21 Nov – Kate Findlay Workshop – artsfindlay.co.uk Kate will show how to make a night light using a range of textile techniques, and make it light up using an LED light with a switch and battery.
26 Nov – Christmas Project – mulled wine and a small Christmas hand sewn project.
